Our History

The Pink Team Foundation was created in 2022 by Alejandra Malo, President and CEO of Pink Team Group. Alejandra grew up in Queretaro, Mexico and witnessed firsthand the lack of opportunities and limited resources for children. She made it her goal to find ways to help improve the lives of children in need. Whether orphans awaiting adoption by a loving family, street kids in need of food and shelter, or school kids lacking in educational resources, Alejandra’s dream was to give back and make an impact. And thus, Pink Team Foundation was created.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to transform the lives of children and young people in vulnerable situations, fostering their integral development and empowering them to become agents of change in their communities. The foundation supports efforts in key areas such as:

Pink Team Foundation is part of Pink Team Group, a conglomerate of companies that also includes Pink Team Cleaning Services and Pink Rentals. These companies focus on professional cleaning, quality home rentals and social responsibility. Our mission is to positively impact the lives of people and communities through these three areas.

Mission

According to UN sources there are up to 150 million street children in the world. Pink Team Foundation has been created to raise awareness about the alarming number of children in need of homes and to raise and distribute funding to nonprofits and other organizations in a position to make a direct impact. We seek to empower and motivate children to reach their full potential and dreams.

Vision

We want to create a future where all children have access to quality education, health services, and stable homes that will allow them the opportunity for personal growth and productive lives. We will seek to be a catalyst for social change, working in partnership with local communities to achieve a more just and equitable society for children.

Alejandra Malo

Pink Team Foundation was created in 2022 by Alejandra Malo who is the president of the organization. All her life she has witnessed the lack of opportunities and resources for children in her natal city, and it has always been her goal to help improve the lives of children without resources, orphans and those living in vulnerable situations. For this reason, Pink Team Foundation was created with the purpose of accomplishing this goal, provide hope, and impact in a positive way in the society.

Mission

Empower children in Mexico to reach their full potential. To achieve this, the foundation focuses on providing quality health and education services, supporting children’s personal and emotional development, and encouraging community participation in creating safe and healthy environments for children.

Vision

Create a future where all children in Mexico have access to quality health and education services, as well as opportunities for personal and community development. The foundation seeks to be a catalyst for social change and to work in collaboration with other actors to achieve a more just and equitable society for children.
